Pet Policy

The Vistas of Annandale is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per month per pet. There is also a $300 one-time fee per household. There are no weight limits for dogs. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed.
